Need more time? Extra hours are $175 each, and only with your approval. If the included hours run out, work pauses until we agree on next steps. Larger multi-dashboard rebuilds or major data model changes are scoped separately. Software licenses aren’t included, and fees are billed in advance unless we agree otherwise.

Which tools do you work with?
Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SSRS, Excel, and Google Sheets, plus the databases behind them. If you use something else, I’ve likely worked with it, and if not, I’ll get up to speed quickly.
Will you move us to a new tool?
Only if what you have truly can’t do the job. Most dashboards can be fixed in the tool they’re already in.
What counts as one dashboard or a small set?
The written scope names the exact dashboard, views, calculations, and data sources. A small set is a specific group of related views we agree on up front.
Is cleaning up the data source included?
The source changes listed in the scope are. Bigger data model or upstream changes get documented as recommendations, so you can plan for them.
Do we need to clean up our data first?
No. Messy data is usually part of why the dashboard broke, and figuring that out is part of the work.
How long does it take, and what do you need from us?
We set the timeline before starting. You’ll provide access, explain the reporting rules, and name one person to review the numbers. If anything holds up access or reviews, we’ll adjust the schedule together.
How do we know the numbers are right?

What if the included hours run out before the work is finished?
Work pauses and we talk before anything else happens. Then we agree on a revised scope together, whether that means trimming what’s left or adding hours at $175 each. You’re never billed for extra hours you didn’t approve.
Can you maintain it afterward?
Yes. Ongoing support is set up separately, so you only add it if you want it. Many dashboards need regular updates as programs and questions change.
