Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?
No. Messy spreadsheets, inconsistent exports, a warehouse that was never finished: that’s normal, and it’s where most projects start.
Will you make us switch tools?
Only if what you have truly can’t do the job. Most of the time the fix is in how the tools are set up, not which ones you use.

How does pricing work?
Projects have published starting prices, and ongoing support is a monthly plan. Either way, we agree on scope, hours, and the final price before any work begins. Extra work always gets your OK first.
How much of our team’s time will this take?
Usually just someone to walk me through the current reports, set up access, and answer questions as they come up. We agree on how involved your team needs to be up front.
How do you handle access to our data?
We agree on what I can access before I start. Where it makes sense, I begin with sample or de-identified data, and permissions go through your administrator.
What if we want to take it in-house later?
Everything I build is yours. You keep full access, plus documentation, and we can plan a handoff walkthrough so your team can run it on their own.
